PETER FROST

Born and raised in London, Peter was introduced to fresh, seasonal food by his mum and grandmother.

From visiting restaurants or standing in the kitchen with his family cooking and learning ( food was always a big occasion in the house ) I soon discovered that I wanted to learn more, id buy food magazines with my pocket money and watch any food tv show going, I was obsessed!!!

I took food tech at school which I really enjoyed and understanding and gaining knowledge of not only cooking, flavours but also the science and for me one of the most important elements hospitality, I love the sense of enjoyment and nostalgia I can bring to people through my food, be it fine dining or beautiful family style meals to everyday humble cooking done well.

Ive travelled from Asia to North America to Norway, the Middle East and I think everywhere in between, this has provide not only life experience, from three star `Michelin to private islands and households to private members clubs and super yachts.

They have all been great experience as a chef in ideas, cooking styles and really understanding and respecting ingredients, and teaching.

Travelling the world cooking for kings and queens to beautiful crew and guests alike and sourcing the very best ingredients has been a wonderful experience and still is and has allowed me to build life long connections and source the very best ingredients, with some organisation and a clear mind and focus anything is possible

I believe food should make us happy and full with a warm heart
