I have known Pete for 10 years now, and he is truly a ray of sunshine to have on board. He is renowned for his exceptional food and his calm, steady nature under pressure. Pete consistently prioritises the health and wellbeing of both guests and crew, creating a positive and professional atmosphere wherever he works.

His longevity in the industry speaks for itself, and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any role he chooses to put himself forward for.

Additionally, Pete has served as a chef judge at the Antigua Boat Show, further demonstrating the respect he holds within the industry. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and maintains a cool, composed temperament at all times.
